About

At Cogmaze Publishing we celebrate diversity, encouraging children to embrace their unique individuality. We are dedicated to supporting both children and adults in navigating life's challenges through the relatable characters in our stories. By working closely with experts, we ensure our books provide valuable guidance and meaningful insights.

Anna and Julie instantly became friends when they first met through their books, and they’ve been friends ever since! They both share in the same vision, values and goals and decided to team up to create Cogmaze Publishing, a place where you can find a range of inclusive books, resources and fun activities for children.

Working with Experts

We work with a range of experts including Becky Clark, who has contributed and guided us in writing Oscar Finds the Treasure.

Becky Clark is a Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) who specialises in supporting children and young people with Developmental Language Disorder (DLD). Working together with professors in the field, Becky founded the RADLD YouTube Campaign and led the first DLD awareness day. She was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal College of SLTs for her outstanding contribution to the profession and shares her understanding of DLD with others at conferences and events in the UK and abroad. Based in the South East, Becky runs ClarkSLT, providing therapy packages and training.

Becky says, “Stories are such a powerful tool to understand ourselves and relate to others. I hope reading 'Oscar Finds the Treasure' will help young children feel good about their own abilities and learn strategies to understand language and express themselves."
